Warranty & Repairs

A “manufacturing defect” is defined as a failure in either materials or craftsmanship that may result in a product not performing in its intended capacity.

If a product has suffered a manufacturing defect within 6 months of purchase, Shoes t’ Boot will either repair, replace, or offer a credit for the product as best suits the case. Our highest priority is to ensure that all products that leave our store perform as expected at the time of purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee our products for basic wear-and-tear. Feel free to call or email us for any inquiries you have.

When possible, Shoes t’ Boot will endeavour to repair defective and damaged footwear. If the issue is deemed a manufacturing defect, the company will pay for the full repair price. For any damages to a product incurred by the customer, we will determine necessary steps on a case-to-case basis due to warranty policies varying among brands.
