In-Store Returns

Items purchased at Shoes t' Boot are eligible for a full refund within 7 days*. Store credits are given for any returns between 7-14 days from date of purchase. 

The receipt and box are required for all returns. Products must not be worn or damaged. All Special Orders placed for customers are not eligible for a return/refund if it is a product we do not currently carry in-store.

 

Online Returns

Items purchased online at Shoes t'Boot may be returned for a full refund when posted within 7 days of receiving your order. Items posted within 8-14 days may be exchanged or given an in-store credit only. 

Product must not be worn or damaged. The box/packaging must be in perfect condition, otherwise we cannot retail the product again. If any of these conditions are not met, we will issue a 20% restocking fee to cover repackaging costs. 

The customer is responsible for associated return shipping costs.

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged shipments administered by Canada Post. You can learn more about Canada Posts' shipping policies here.

*Returns on purchases made with gift certificates are eligible for exchange or store credit only. Store credit does not expire.
